Hi, I’m Stephanie, the founder and trainer behind All Ears Up Dog Training. With years of experience working with dogs of all breeds and temperaments, my mission is to help you build a confident, well-mannered companion through clear communication and trust-based training methods.

I’m an AKC Evaluator, an IACP (International Association of Canine Professionals) Professional Member, and a graduate of the Catch Canine Trainers Academy and Service Dog Success- With Victoria Warfel. These credentials reflect my dedication to ongoing education and maintaining the highest standards in dog training.

I previously managed Ashland Doggy Daycare, where I developed and led their training programs, including Day Train and Board & Train services. I built their structured training approach from the ground up, ensuring dogs received both effective learning and enriching experiences in a safe, fun environment. While I now focus solely on All Ears Up Dog Training, my experience in creating and running these programs has shaped my approach to providing high-quality, results-driven training for dogs of all backgrounds.

My balanced training methods emphasizes positive reinforcement and clear boundaries, ensuring each dog feels secure, motivated, and ready to succeed. Whether I’m working with a puppy on foundational skills or helping a service dog prepare for public access, I take pride in tailoring training plans to meet each dog’s unique needs.

When I’m not training dogs, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband and children as well as my three German Shepherds—Linc, Sawyer, and Maverick. Sawyer, my service dog, has inspired my passion for working with dogs to assist their handlers in meaningful ways.
