At All Ears Up, we offer customized Board & Train programs designed to help you achieve your dog’s training goals. Whether you’re looking to build a strong foundation in basic obedience, address behavioral challenges, or gain off-leash reliability, our trainer is here to guide both you and your dog every step of the way.

Our Board & Train programs are ideal for busy dog owners who may not have the time or experience to train their dogs effectively. Simply drop your dog off with us, and we’ll do the heavy lifting—focusing on their specific needs through daily training sessions, structured routines, and real-world exposure. Plus, you’ll receive regular updates and photos so you can follow your dog’s progress throughout their stay.

Board & Train Programs

Our Puppy Foundations program is designed for puppies under 4-5 months old to build a strong, structured start. This 2-week program focuses on engagement, marker training, leash introduction, crate training, housebreaking, and early impulse control. We introduce basic obedience while helping puppies clearly understand communication through markers. We also address common puppy behaviors such as biting and jumping, while teaching appropriate ways to interact with people and their environment. Additional weeks can be added to continue building skills—the more time your puppy is with us, the more foundation behaviors they will learn and strengthen.

Our Custom Board & Train program is best for dogs over 5 months old. It is a great option if you’re looking to make advanced progress with your dog in a shorter amount of time. Because your dog is getting consistent training every day, we’re able to build skills and work through behaviors that may take months with private lessons.

How long?

Board & Train programs have a two-week minimum, but the length of a Board & Train program will vary depending on your dog, your training goals, the behaviors we’re working on, and how much training your dog already has. Some dogs may just need a solid foundation, while others need more time to build reliability, work through unwanted behaviors, or learn more advanced skills.

What Will My Dog Learn?

Training is based on your individual dog and the goals we discuss before their stay. Depending on the length of the program, we may work on:

Sit, down, and place
Loose leash walking
Recall
Impulse control and waiting at doors
Calmness and settling
Better manners around people and other dogs
Building engagement and focus
Creating better everyday habits
Working through unwanted behaviors
Reliability around real-life distractions
Off leash obedience (additional charge may apply)

The longer your dog stays, the more time we have to build on these skills, add distractions, and work toward better reliability. We’ll talk about your goals beforehand and recommend a program length based on what you’d like to accomplish and what your dog needs.

Program includes daily updates, public outings, 1 private lesson per week of training, custom training plan.

Maintenance Week

Our Maintenance Week is built for dogs who have already completed a 4 week Board and Train and need a reset, tune up, or continued structure. Training does not stop when your dog goes home, and this is a great way to stay ahead of any backsliding.

During this week, your dog comes back into a structured environment where we reinforce obedience, clean up any slipping behaviors, and rebuild consistency. It is the same level of clarity and follow through your dog had during their program, designed to keep everything on track.

Perfect for owners who want to maintain results, stay consistent, and avoid having to start over.

$100 deposit is required to reserve your spot
