At All Ears Up, we offer customized Board & Train programs designed to help you achieve your dog’s training goals. Whether you’re looking to build a strong foundation in basic obedience, address behavioral challenges, or gain off-leash reliability, our trainer is here to guide both you and your dog every step of the way.

Our Board & Train programs are ideal for busy dog owners who may not have the time or experience to train their dogs effectively. Simply drop your dog off with us, and we’ll do the heavy lifting—focusing on their specific needs through daily training sessions, structured routines, and real-world exposure. Plus, you’ll receive regular updates and photos so you can follow your dog’s progress throughout their stay.

If you prefer to have your dog home with you in the evenings and on weekends, we offer Day Training options that allow them to return to you outside of training hours while still benefiting from professional guidance during the day.

At the end of the program, we’ll provide a comprehensive go-home lesson to ensure you understand how to reinforce your dog’s new skills at home.

Our Board & Train programs are designed to build a well-mannered, responsive dog through structured training and real-world practice. While staying with us, your dog will learn:

  • Impulse Control – Teaching patience and self-control, reducing jumping, barking, and pushy behavior.
  • Waiting at Doorways – Preventing door dashing by reinforcing calm behavior before exiting.
  • Crate Training – Creating a positive association with the crate for relaxation and better home behavior.
  • Basic Obedience – Mastering essential commands like sit, down, and stay with reliability.
  • Recall (Come When Called) – Strengthening their response to come, even around distractions.
  • Leash Walking – Teaching polite walking habits without pulling, making walks enjoyable.
  • Place Command – Helping your dog settle on a designated spot until released, great for calm behavior at home.

Through daily training sessions, real-world exposure, and structured routines, we set your dog up for long-term success. When you pick them up, they’ll be on their way to becoming a well-behaved companion!

Board & Train Programs

Designed for friendly dogs over 6 months, this program includes both on-leash and off-leash training with the e-collar.

Along with basic obedience, your dog will build reliability, practice around distractions, and train in real-world environments for lasting results. 
This program also addresses common problem behaviors such as jumping, counter surfing, and excessive barking—helping your dog become a well-mannered companion at home and in public.

Program includes 28+ nights of training, mini educator e-collar, public outings, daily updates and two 1 hour private lessons.

Maintenance Week 

Our Maintenance Week is built for dogs who have already completed a 4 week Board and Train and need a reset, tune up, or continued structure. Training does not stop when your dog goes home, and this is a great way to stay ahead of any backsliding.

During this week, your dog comes back into a structured environment where we reinforce obedience, clean up any slipping behaviors, and rebuild consistency. It is the same level of clarity and follow through your dog had during their program, designed to keep everything on track.

Perfect for owners who want to maintain results, stay consistent, and avoid having to start over.
